Job Manager:
An effective way to control, manage and track corporate tasks, with the option of grouping them into projects.


Messenger:
An instant messaging application developed to improve real time communication between employees.


Discussion Forum:
An online space where users can share and discuss information and opinions through a series of posts and replies.



MySuite is licensed based on the number of registered users that will use the system. Registered users refers to employees that will actually use the system at any given point of time within your organization, rather than the total number of employees.






We offer three licensing plans:
Standard Edition - 1 to 05 users
Professional Edition - 6 to 30 users
Enterprise Edition - More than 30 users

Please note that the only difference between these plans is the number of registered users. In any of these plans:
• You can install mySuite on as many computers as you like.
• Online customer support can be offered on any amount of websites. This means that the Customer Help Desk and Live Chat.
• Support links may be used on as many sites as you wish.
• There is no limit to the number of customers, requests or departments that may be used in your customer support service.
