We offer three licensing plans and the number of operators you can create will only be limited to the maximum number of users of your plan. The system is able to use an unlimited number of operators.

Sound and popup alerts
Sound and popup alerts help keep track of customers requesting a chat and to notify various other events, even when the application is minimized.

Customizable website images and logo
You can use your own custom images for notification to users about your live support status (online/offline), and for the customer support images, such as the initiate chat image and the help desk image.

Customizable Fields
Most of the fields in mySuite can be customized and new fields can be created to meet specific needs.

Customer transfer
An operator can transfer the customer to another operator at any time simply by selecting the new operator from a list.

Multiple operator service
Even after a customer has been transferred, the operator responsible for the transferral may continue being part of the chat throughout the whole session.

Chat transcript sent via email
The customer can choose to receive a copy of the chat via email.

Service Ratings
Visitors can rate the support that they received in chats or via help desk tickets, so operator performance may be monitored at all times.

Detailed Reports
Many kinds of reports can be generated within mySuite, making it easy to analyze the system statistics.
