There are no signup fees, no termination fee and no long term contract. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.

1. How do I log on to your Help Desk?
On your first visit:

MySuite is a collection of web-based management tools, designed to speed up and organize communications, manage corporate tasks and information and to create quality customer relations.




3. Will mySuite work for me?
It most probably will. We offer a collection corporate tools that cover a wide range of management issues. These tools can be used individually or together, as a complete suite of management tools. Due to this flexibility, mySuite can benefit any type of business.




4. Which modules make up mySuite?

5. Do I have to get ALL the modules?
No you don't. You can add or remove modules at any time to precisely fit your company's needs.




6. How much does mySuite cost?
The price of mySuite will depend on the number of modules you purchase and on the number of users (employees and operators) that will use the system.




7. Do you charge to add a new feature?
All of our modules have customizable features and we are constantly updating the applications free of charge. However, if you need a very specific (and feasible) feature we may have to charge a certain amount that will depend on the service time wasted to implement the feature.




8. How long do I have to wait until I can use it?
We ask for an activation period of 48 hours, but usually the system is up and running in one business day, if all the required information is sent to us within our business hours.




9. How does your support work?
Our support is via Live Chat, Help Desk and Email. However, due to the fact that we have clients in several countries and in different time zones, our Live Chat might be offline most of the time in your time zone. Please feel free to send help requests, comments, suggestions, or feedback of any kind and we will be in touch as soon as possible.




10. How much does your hosting cost?
Our hosting is already included in the monthly billing. We do, however, charge a small amount for the web-based Virtual Disk space that some clients may want to purchase so that they might upload and download files.




11. Do I have to pay for each user?
Our Live Chat Support module has a fixed value per operator, but all the other modules are divided into three licensing plans:

• Standard Edition: 1 to 5 registered users
• Professional Edition: 6 to 30 registered users
• Enterprise Edition: more than 30 registered users




12. Can I request a price quote?

13. How can I pay you?
Currently, our only payment option is Paypal.




14. What's included in my payment?
We charge a monthly fee for our services. This fee includes support, hosting, product maintenance and version updates. There is no long term contract, no signup fees and no termination fee. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time.




15. If I ever decide to stop using your system, is it possible for me to recover my data?
Yes, it is possible to recover all of your data whenever you wish to do so. We have a backup tool through which you can download your data periodically in the SQL format.




16. What kind of computer and software do I need to run mySuite?
There are no minimum hardware requirements for using mySuite, it can be accessed from any computer with a connection to the internet. Using our browser will enhance a few of the features, but any commercial browser can be used if necessary.




17. What database does mySuite use?
MySuite uses MySQL, the world's most popular open source database.




18. Do you provide hosting for your customers?
Yes we do. Our servers are available 24/7.




19. What are the benefits of keeping mySuite on your servers?
Using our servers means that you won't have to invest in additional hardware or software to use mySuite. We work hard at maintaining our hardware and software so that you don't have to. You can leave the servers, infrastructure, backups, and expertise up to us.
