Using mySuite to Organize Information

The partnership between Hitachi and mySuite has now lasted over four years. According to José Roberto, that company’s technical supervisor, our system has brought about several improvements. “We have used all of mySuite’s resources. We are managing catalogues and technical bulletins, registering all activity, filing all information from work and have established better relationships with internal and external customers.” Hitachi is using our solution in work processes in the areas of engineering and technical assistance.José Roberto points out some of the factors that have changed by using mySuite:

Case FGV Online

FGV Online (Getúlio Vargas Foundation Online) was founded in 2000. Its mission is to develop and manage technology, methodology, and specific solutions for distance learning. These are the responsibility of FGV’s schools and institutes, both nationally and internationally, which are innovating and showing leadership in quality educational services.

MySuite has an excellent interface for recording information

The quality of FGV Online’s support for students – FGV’s clients – made a significant leap forward by using mySuite’s Help Desk, as it is a tool that provides transparency and speed of communications with those students. Through its Knowledge Base management resource, it is possible to consult and share important documents, necessary for support like course rules and the directories of various projects existing in our Program, among other internal information.

The Help Desk, besides providing an excellent interface for recording information, also provides different search options through a variety of available filters. With the Requests resource and the Internal Communicator, you can deal with and follow up on all support actions and the status of requests from students and corporate clients. Further, mySuite’s reports contribute a great deal towards setting up performance indicators for support areas.

According to Anderson Rodrigues, technical support coordinator, the principal advantage in using mySuite is having a complete communications tool on hand. It includes integrated resources that allow for:

Check Registering support actions – maintaining incident / request histories;

Check Qualifying support actions – reducing the amount telephone and email traffic; Check Measuring each co-worker’s productivity while giving students support;

CheckSetting up Indicators – allowing for the creation of reports, defining quality goals and references.

Unimed Lençóis Paulista

Unimed Lençóis is a medical cooperative founded in 1991. Enrolled doctors render services and administer a Health Insurance program, an emergency room clinic, and two commercial pharmacies that their beneficiaries have the right to use. In addition, it is part of Unimed, a network of medical cooperatives that serves the entire country.

MySuite improved and facilitated communications between departments, especially communication with distant sites. With mySuite, those sites began to receive and make requests by using messages and the internal communicator.
